Return Policy
Product Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy. At Coshi International, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or serviced under warranty.
1. RETURNS
Coshi International offers a 7-day return window starting from the day you receive your product.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in the exact condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and free from scratches or signs of wear and tear.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, cables, chargers, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.
How to request a return:
Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 7-day period. If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Note: If you are outside Lagos State, return shipping may take longer. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
2. DAMAGES
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report any defects, damage, or incorrect items within 48 hours. Our team will assess your claim, request supporting evidence, and provide a solution such as replacement, repair, or refund.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items sold as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits.
Products that are tampered with, damaged, exposed to moisture, or repaired by unauthorized providers will not be eligible.
4. WARRANTY COVERAGE
All electronic products supplied by Coshi International, including mobile phones and surveillance cameras, are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (6–12 months depending on brand).
Warranty covers only:
- Manufacturing defects that affect normal operation.
Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental or intentional damage (e.g., cracked screens).
- Water/moisture damage.
- Faults caused by misuse or power surges.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Claims are processed in line with manufacturer service procedures, which may require sending the product to an accredited center.
5. EXCHANGES
Customers may exchange products by first returning the original item under our return policy. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If less, the balance will be refunded.
6. SPECIAL POLICY CATEGORY FOR SECONDHAND AND REFURBISHED PHONES
- Physical/Cosmetic Condition
Minor scratches, signs of prior use, or cosmetic wear and tear are normal with secondhand, UK used, and refurbished phones. Returns will not be accepted for issues related solely to cosmetic appearance unless specifically misrepresented at purchase.
- Functionality Guarantee
All secondhand, refurbished and UK used devices are sold with a functionality guarantee of 7 days from delivery. Within this period, if the phone exhibits a major functional defect not disclosed at purchase, customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Warranty Coverage
Unlike new devices, secondhand, UK used, and refurbished phones may carry a limited warranty period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only major operational faults (e.g., device not powering on, motherboard failure).
It does not cover:
- Battery performance issues (natural wear and tear expected in used devices).
- Minor software issues that can be resolved through reset/updates.
- Accidental damage after purchase.
- No Returns for Preference Change
Customers cannot return secondhand, UK used/refurbished phones simply because they “changed their mind” after purchase.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds:
- Are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Will be refunded via the original payment method (card, transfer, POS).
- Cash on delivery payments will be refunded via bank transfer.
